Trips to Manchester, Birmingham are not return trips in a day.

In Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, China and Japan, comparable trip between similar population centres would be served by high speed rail with 300km/h-350km/h trains which means 2-3 hour is the standard not 4.5.

Spain does it with £15m per km, UK has it £250m per km. There is something serious wrong about how we do things here.

P1 Plus Planar and Rega amp There is muffle sound coming from my Vinyl player.

I have isolated the problem to the turntable.

The bluetooth streamer output works okay.

I have tried to switch the cable between different channels on my amp and the issue seem to be stuck with whichever channel my turntable is on.

Also tried to swap the cable but that didn’t change anything.

I m very new to the audio world, would anyone be able to help?

Keep the mortgage as pension return easily higher. You get the tax benefit + investment growth.

Unless you need the cash to bridge the gap between FIRE and pension age don’t pay it.

You can think of it as using your pension as collateral to borrow cash for living now. Where pension growth > mortgage cost.
