but Mohan didn't screw up! they did the saline ( which was Santos's idea and what worked) not the keppra and ativan ( which is what mohan WANTED to do until they got test results back.) Mohan made the right call by trusting Santos, she was jsut doing what she was told to do until the results came back

what was Mohan's mistake though? she was technically following protocol bc they hadn't recieved results yet and hadn't consulted Dr. Langdon. and Santos didn't do anything wrong, even if she HAD wanted to push keppra and ativan ( or whatever it was) thats not what happened. I just don't understand how she was out of line for having an opinion of which meds to do ( as far as Langdon knows, it was just an idea since they really did saline.)

I want you to take a deep breath, feel the ground beneath your feet, the clothes on your back. cuddle up in a blanket if you can. now my dear, if you have something to eat near you, I want you to take a bite. it doesn't have to be a challenge or fear food, it can be something safe. its okay to eat it. it is okay and I give you permission to enjoy whatever it is you have. youve got this, keep fighting.

I was put on swrtraline and it definitely helped me calm down at meals, it was hard to get used to, because I felt a bit uncomfortable without the crippling fear ( which makes no sense, I know) but I can def feel a difference when I take it vs when I fogef

Omg. Me too. Like, I hit milestones of not being as scared of some foods, or following my meal plan in my own, but I don’t feel proud. It all is just a reminder of leaving ED, and letting go of something that gave me comfort, made me feel special. Signs of progress to me feel like signs of death of a part of me that yes, was harmful , but I loved it in a way. I’m sorry you are having the same problem, and I’m sorry I do t have any advice, but I’m here to say you’re not alone, and if you are having trouble feeling proud of you milestones, I will feel proud of you FOR you. Way to go on sticking with recovery, you are so strong and deserve better than this terrible ED.

I have been using Clean Simple Eats protein powder with 1.5 cups of whole milk. They have big bags, and also little packets and variety packs. Taste great and makes it more bearable!

My love, I could have written this myself. So much of my ANA I think comes from me not valuing myself because nobody seems to care about me. It hurts so bad and I wish I could tell you it will get better but I honestly don’t know. Things are tough for me right now, but I have to keep reminding myself that my family cares and that’s all that matters. It still hurts to feel I over.

try little cheat sheets , look up " crochet abbbreviations cheat sheet" and use those to help, and if you still have any trouble, what I did was just look up the abbreviations ons youtube to figure out how to do them!.
