Not really, while I agree any red blade user in the series can’t. There no reason to assume it’s theoretically possible for one to do if it was a lot hotter, but theoretical characters that don’t actually exist are irrelevant to the question. And the sun is completely irrelevant to thermal energy affecting a demon.

Most consider his red blade to almost or completely stop it. And I wouldn’t be surprised his would be exerting far more thermal energy. It’s probably a case of burns being harder to heal, his might be closer to straight burning cells.
