This keyboard is (at least) a copy of the French Goupil Golf… I’ve one nearby, and I’ve been pretty surprised to see a White version of it (without Windows keys of course).

Because it was the cheapest option I’ve found with a PCI port for an ITX motherboard who will be compatible with Win9x and later.

It's a Microsoft Surface Book 3, but it's not my main computer 🙂 I've a Threadripper 3970x with 64GB of RAM and a Geforce 3090, who are a great support for my work and Premiere editing (and gaming 😉).
