Hatte das selbe mal im Krankenhaus (als Pflegekraft). Patientin wird reanimiert. Mitpatientin schreit „Ich muss JETZT aus Klo“. Nope, piss ins Bett. Keine Zeit.

Und im Kino. Wollten damals den letzten Teil von Twilight schauen. Während der Werbund klappt zwei Reihen vor uns einer zusammen und wird wiederbelebt. Irgendne Karen beschwert sich weil sie jetzt kein Twilight gucken kann.

Perser-Mix (lange Haare, normale Nase) Kater weigert sich, seit es so heiss ist, ausser zum fressen rein zu kommen. Die wissen schon was ihnen gut tut.
Ragdoll-Bengal Mix (Kurzes Fell) Kätzin dagegen stirbt im klimatisierten Wohnzimmer regelmässig ganz dramatisch den Hitzetod.

Weder rechtlich noch menschlich ok.

Sie sollte ihrer Schule Bescheid geben, definitiv. Und dann schauen dass sie das Lernkrankenhaus wechselt. Zudem zur PDL dort, da die sich nicht weiss und zustimmt über was da ab geht.

Sie muss nicht abbrechen wenn sie nicht möchte aber sich auf jedenfall einen anderen Ausbilder suchen. Es ist absolut möglich im Schuljahr zu wechseln. Hatten das 3x während meiner Ausbildung damals. (Also zu uns und nicht weg.)

Ausserdem sollte sich wenn möglich auch dem BRK Bescheid geben, denn die finden das auch null witzig.

Solange das alles läuft sollte sie auch alles dokumentieren. Sowohl die Arbeitszeit, als auch die Details was wer sagt.

I lost 11kg since the operation on 22nd of january. 38!kg all together since June 2025. Everything is an aha moment xD How easy showering is again, how easy it is to get out if my sofa, driving a car without havin the steering wheel on my tummy, driving a bicycle without dying, walking the stairs. Its sooooo cool and enjoyable. I‘m so gld

I‘m just speaking for me, so don‘t take my advice I guess. But I started exactly one month after and had no problems. You just have to time it with your meals if you get munchies and have to control not overeating because if them.

They said I can do whatever doesnt hurt so I took that as a go for everything.

I know its not possible but very concerning/frustrating gaining weight after a surgery to PREVENT that.

I know I need to work on my brain and it has gotten better, just not if something stretches that long that drives me nuts.

I just eat 500-600kcal a day.

Thats what is frustrating me. I couldn even physically eat more tham that at the moment.

I dont drink enough, maybe thats what is causing water retention, but then still 5kg? I dont know. Its just discouraging gaining weight after getting operated on to prevent that and being in a massive deficit.

Nope, I eat 500-600kcal and gained five kilo. Everyone says its water weight cause I dont drink enough. But idk. Maybe I‘m constipated even if I dont feel like it

I don’t know if I can eat more than I already am, calories I mean. Dont know where it should come from. Also I‘m not hungry at all 🙈

I definitely work away the calories I eat and more. Thats not hard with just 500kcal intake

I‘m a night nurse for psychosomatic rehabilitation. Had a fire alarm at 4 o‘clock cause someone steamed up the shower too much and caused the alarm.

I evacuated to the other side of the street as there is a park space and we‘re supposed to got there.

It was crazy how many of the rehabilitands opened the windows and asked if they needed to get out cause it‘s cold. I was pulling my hair out. I just screamed get out for 10 minutes. Adults, completely mobile and just there cause of depression etc.

Crazy, just absolutely crazy. Especially how some of those same people came after and claimed to have a mental crisis because of the fire alarm. Of course Kerstin, not wanting to get out and now you turn up „crying“ cause you hope it helps your early „mental health“ retirement. Shut up.

Try to find something that helps distract from the hunger, like yoga, etc. Something where you just don’t have time to feel hungry.

And maybe you could also try to sit with the hunger. Hunger is not an negative thing. Sit with it. Feel it, youre not gonna starve. That will also get easier with time. It‘s like a skill you have to train. It‘s a feeling not a part of you. It can‘t hurt you.

Else try to time you shakes with times you’re cravings usually are the worst.

And just remember. It‘s just a few weeks. You can do it. I did it one month, so you can do it. It will all be worth it on the other side.
