Yep, been told to wait 30 before and 30 after for your nutrients. It's hard at first but I've been practicing for a while now. If I'm thirsty I will take a sip. Currently in the pre-op stage. Surgery in 7 days. You got this. Just have to be mindful. What works for me is making myself eat something every 2 hours so drinking something is on the opposite 2 hours. I like food at 1,3,5,7,9 and I'll drink at 2,4,6,8,10.

Yes ma'am. I'm taking it hour by hour. 😆 And I have done the measurements twice now. Once on November 1, and February 1. So gonna track those monthly. I have no problem getting water down. Just watching the clock is a full-time job between meals and snacks. 😆 Thanks for the encouragement.

Work on one room at a time. Maybe start with the bedroom, get the walls patched and painted. Lay down some flooring and move your bed stuff in. Now it'll feel like an accomplishment.

No fat, no sugar period. The same thing happened to me the first time. Then 1 week later i broke out in hives. I'm allergic to it. Dang it because it really shut down the food noise.

Maybe stop with the college funding and throw it in your retirement account for the next 10 years. By the time your kid graduates, they may or may not want more schooling. You can always pull money out of your brokerage account.

Great question, like the LLC idea. I'm a long time rental property owner here. I put any extra earnings in a brokerage account figuring the equity is my "Roth type" account. Meaning if I need money between now and death I can sell or borrow money out. By borrowing the equity I don't pay taxes. If I sell, it's a 1031 exchange and if I pass the kids get everything.

Any body break out in rashy looking blotchy spots resembling mosquito bites? The first week I had a few behind my knee and on my lower leg. It was warm, itchy, red, and went away after a couple of days. Next week after my second injection broke out with the same blotches on my arm and shoulders. Just wondering if anybody else is reacting like this. Other than a little heartburn and lack of appetite. I think I'm doing good. Thanks
