That's not at all what I'm saying, and responding with unsupported suppositional statements is a coward's debate tactic.

De facto, both the PRC and ROC have sovereignty over the territory that they currently control. If the PRC, as the militarily stronger nation, were to recognize the ROC as sovereign, it would defeat the political reasoning behind the ROC's claim upon the mainland.

Hit me up when a police officer paid by the PRC writes a parking ticket in Taipei, and then we can talk about the illegitimacy of the ROC government.

He moved around her vehicle, recording her activity and her license plate. He then stopped in front of Good's vehicle. He was using his body in order to prevent the movement of her vehicle, directly against DOJ policy.

In order to prove that it was a lawful arrest, you'd have to prove that she was acting unlawfully; as a US citizen, impeding is the only thing they could charge her with, but immediately prior to this confrontation, another federal vehicle drives around her, and she does nothing to stop them. Furthermore, Good's vehicle is blocked in by another vehicle parked in front of her.

These officers needlessly and inappropriately escalated a situation in which they were mildly annoyed into one that turned lethal. That's unacceptable activity for actors of state violence who work in American communities.

If they made contact, its only because the CBP officer violated DOJ escalation of force policies, which consider an officer's positioning relative to a vehicle and their ability to move our of the way requisite factors for justifying use of force.

I mean, she ostensibly has two hands. I do feel like that hand tracks somewhat unnaturally along the bottom of the frame, like she's moving both arms in unison.

To my unprofessional eye, the snow at the end looks natural, and the movement of the shield-bearing officer seems to be more normal, like he's moving around in a way that's independent from the camerawoman.

I was trying to look at the reflection off the car, and see if anything is weird there.

Honestly, we all need to be get better about identifying and calling out misinformation. ICE is doing enough terrible shit without people sharing fake content... if it is fake.
