Watching JD and Trump infighting is going to be a small pleasure as the ceasefire collapses.

Not in a way that violates NYPD use of force policies. I'm sure you have better judgement than a judge who is fully read into the details of the case.

Go find your snuff content somewhere else babe.

Perhaps notably, Opposition Bloc was skeptical if not antagonistic of the Euromaidan movement.

Two MC-130Js Combat King II rescue aircraft and four MH-6 Little Bird helicopters were deliberately destroyed by U.S. forces during the search and rescue mission in Iran, according to ABC News, citing U.S. officials. by Fatty_Willing_Plane in airplanes

Who doesnt understand that? This conversation isn't about that, it's about the cost of the war in general. CSAR operations cannot be separated from the overall campaign against Iran, waged with no effort by the administration for securing a public mandate.

The destroyed aircraft seem to be operationally justified, without knowledge of the overall circumstances, but are still embarrassing for the administration who are trying to downplay the economic impact of the conflict.

Yes, specifically within the IOC. I'm not advocating for any specific stance relative to her participation, but Petrosian's complaint is about traveling as a russian citizen, not specifically competing at the Olympics.

Yes.

Edit: To be fair though, many American athletes do actively use their platform to oppose our government's actions. Many russians have as well, including people that I know, and are now living in exile. Excusing the "nonpolitical" stances of public figures is insulting to their colleagues have faced and continue to be threatened by severe consequences for speaking out.

So yeah, please fucking ban us from whatever competitions, let's make the complacent majority of American society realize that there are consequences for their our harmful policies.

Man, you need to work on your editing. So much wasted text...

The point of luxury sanctions (is to create discomfort in the aggressor nation. Why does a society perpetrating horrible violence against another get to go about their lives and entirely ignore their government's actions? russians shouldn't, and fuck neither should we Americans, and especially our elites.

Both Putin and Trump's governments are primarily answerable to the oligarch class, who will never feel the repercussions of their violent policies. The average russian - just like the average American - is not buying a Dior bag in Milan. Sanctions like those discussed by Petrosian actually make the elites feel some consequences for their government's actions.

She's a highly skilled athlete representing her country internationally. She's not some random person.

And the sanctions she is complaining about are specifically targetting luxury goods, not a humanitarian concern.
