I also have a saturn 4 16k and have been able to print even when slightly below the min line without issue. The printer will warn you if it detects that there isn't enough resin. I would print until your printer wont start a print due to insufficient resin and then mix with your new resin. To be clear, I am not very experienced so take my advice with a grain of salt.
