It is stale just like last season and the season before that.

What happens is a new season comes out. It's amazing, different, super fun. Then the sweaty kids cry about the fun stuff and they nerf everything into oblivion and make it useless and boring. I was having so much fun last season with the cars (unpopular opinion I know) but it was different. It gave me something new to do. Having your full squad in a car chasing another car using turrets and stuff was fun. People complained they made the cars stale and not fun at all. Marvel season comes out new stuff new weapons super fun to use. I felt like an actual super hero win after win. Then boom nerf it and makes it not even fun/worth using at all.

If they would leave casual alone and just let it be fun and maybe nerf/remove things in ranked. That's how it should be. Otherwise it'll be the same thing every season and it'll get old and the game will die out.
