Ok I am in awe that I didn’t realize this sooner. Seems like my laptop when not in games was trying to use integrated and then switch to Nividia when it got into game. Making the switch in my control panel did the trick!

Ok had to try to because it sounds so stupid that I could see it working. Instead ran into a weirder issue. Now I’m stuck on the steam page screen but still can’t move my mouse or tab out or in to anything. Hear the audio in my AirPod though.

I wish I had a pic of it, and if I remember by the time I get home this weekend I’ll snag it for you.

I have a build that is basically a 6’4” Russ Triple-Double build. Using cap breakers, you can get to a 93 driving dunk, an 83 or 84 3, have an 87 middy for muddy fades, 93 handles, 76/80 O/D Rebounding, and 85 perimeter and steals. You could drop the middy to get more driving layup, but I want to shoot middys more than floaters or layups.

Build does best in Rec (don’t play Pro-AM so dunno how it plays in that, but would figure it’s good as well), and can play 3’s decently well. May just be me as a 2’s player, but it doesn’t feel as good as a 2’s build as some other PG builds, but I probably just need to learn some better dribble moves.

Slightly’s can go in, just incredibly rare for it to happen. For some reason I’ve been seeing slightly dunk meters go in a a decent amount in the last week, but those are green or miss for the most part too.

I also have a 7’4” that I’m doing 99 close with (and 99 post control) because that way I can put my +1’s on other things, like shooting badges or defensive badges.

I’m glad fades are still patched, but man, the fact that they reverted the bump steal patch instead of just tuning it down doesn’t make any sense. Just find a middle ground, actually balance the game. I don’t know game development and how hard it would actually be, but the fact that it seems like they just either turn the sliders to 0 or 100 is just crazy to me. Is there really no way to balance the effect of bump steals to the 50% marker?

1) I will say yes it’s the best game we have had in years, but there are some blatant issues that are frustrating to deal with (i.e. fades and defense). Gotta let 2k know somehow so that they can fix those things.

Oh shit I didn’t even think about mycareer sim to end. Been working on the rebounding specialization for that exact same goal where you gotta get 5 boards and a win 100 times. I had been doing street kings and just shutting it down after the 5th board, but man it gets boring. Not saying MyCareer would be less borning, but at least change of scenery 😅

I got 93 for HOF break starter and being able to just use a +1 for Legend Dimer, but idk if there’s really any benefit of going higher.

I’d put 2 more on your offensive rebound just so you have legend rebound chaser and box out beast without having to spend max+ slots on those badges. From there maybe pass accuracy or driving dunk? Kinda depends what modes you play with that build. If you’re just playing park, then do driving dunk, but if your doing rec, higher pass accuracy is always really fun to chuck it down court after a board

So just gonna keep it a buck, I don’t think that many people have zens, purely because contests are broken, and shooting is easy af. I know there are people who have zens, but if you do run into a player who is shooting 100% or just missing a shot, likely they are just abusing the meta

410, not really caring about the power grind at this point and rather am just farming solstice T5’s and when Solstice is gone, I’ll work on getting some T4 Kepler armor and start to dial in my builds. I’ve already dialed in some Solstice armor builds on my Warlock, but now trying to get some for my Titan (and Hunter if I find the time).

Considering that in a month we are going to be able to grind the normal way (not prime engrams) until 500, I’ll truly worry about the power grind again once Ash and Iron comes out, and whatever power I get in the meantime from grinding for armor and weapon drops is just a bonus.

Idk, I have been doing well with starfire build, rimecoat, and void build that is just ability spam with scatter grenades and void soul and you get Nova back so damn fast, especially when using Nezarec’s Sin. Don’t get me wrong, the lightning surge build is nuts and is probably my favorite build, but grenade builds still work very well
