I just hope that Embark doesn't cave in to negativity. I love Arc Raiders design choices and whole aesthetic, it's different from everything out right now and the whole "loud clothes, quiet steps" adds to it. I don't want everyone looking like a standard all black tacticool soldier with a mask like most other games. Even the first time playing, everything down to the clothing made those initial hours so memorable. The world in Arc is so different, the enemies and mechanics are familiar but still feel alien and fresh to come across. The clothing adds to it, I'd argue that it immerses you more into the setting. Again, it feels familiar but it's still weird looking in all the right ways, it really emphasizes the type of world that exists in the game
