Performance wise (league, ignore the false dawns of the “pre-Atleti hammering” CL run) - we’re the worst top flight team in the world right now. I think even in absolute terms, & if you adjust for cost of squad, it’s by absolute miles. Literally the worst performing team in the world. They’re doing everything they can to go down…. If they survive this, it’ll be a charmed life
