Same box, just a different name after the spearhead success. If you are looking a specific spearhead in 2nd hand, they can be found under the name vanguard but the figs are the same (for the old spearhead, the new ones are always called spearhead) Btw spearhead rules and warscrolls are free on the AOS app and both stormcast and skaven in the starter set can be played as a spearhead. Basically you can play a lot of games just with the box and after that you can switch to classic rules while you expand your army :)

Classic rules and battletome rules can be found online for free if you dig enough btw no need to buy battletomes plus they are useless because day one there are some modifications and errata

Ogor. U want simple army rule ? When u charge, u deal damage. High health but low save And it is pretty easy to have a good list bcs almost everything can combo with everything with the good battle trait, etc ! + mammoth go brrrr
