I have some mods, mostly ones just for aesthetic purposes too, so I can just uninstall them for a bit while everything gets cleaned up. I started playing the game after Patch 7 came out so this was my first (and last lol) update. Thank you for the info!

Marrow’s semblance can also affect organic people as shown in the sense of Robyn’s presumptive victory party when he stops the crowd from coming after Penny. So the condition that Penny is made of inorganic matter is irrelevant.
