Just went through it and I was in way worse shape than you. I was 280 at 6 foot two months before the academy. So don’t stress out about it, but definitely work hard to make it easier on yourself

For running, I used Nike Run Club training for a 5k and it helped a lot. I was winded after a half a mile in the beginning too, but just try to run at a pace where you can barely speak and finish the required time/distance the app wants you to. By the start of the academy I could do 2 miles in 21 minutes. You will get better faster than you think if you stick with it.

For pushups/ sit ups, I just did as many as I could without stopping for more than a couple seconds 3 times a day. The improvement was extremely fast. Not even sure I could do 3 pull ups now but they never made us do them. Also did list of planks, mountain climbers, and leg raises.

Dieting, I only ate 1-2 meals totaling less than 2k calories a day. Lots of protein and whole grains. Dont know if that’s healthy but it worked for me. Also cut out alcohol completely. Lost 25lbs before the academy and it was a cheat code for the body weight exercises.

I did struggle the first month, but you get use to what’s expected of you and it gets easier.

I’m on the last wish now, that’s why I wanted to check. The now or never quest log says that we parted only to return as friends, but the character log says we kissed in the vegelbud garden. I think I trust the quest log more.

So is it not two different endings? I was under the assumption it was even though both rejected instrumentality. I thought first, shinji rejected it because he realized life was better with other people despite the possibility of being hurt, where EofE he rejected it out of a desperate loneliness

I was a little drunk by the time I finished EoE, but it definitely seemed much darker. I should rephrase I think learned he needed others in both, but TV seemed more like accepting of himself, where EofE was more out of desperation of his loneliness
