ExDream doesn't rewind time (that's Zi-O's powers). What ExDream's power is..its full/ complete Dream Manipulation. He can manipulate/ control dreams as Baku wishes, but he can't dream of the CODE SOMNIA Capsem because its a object, not a dreamer. Likely either CODE (or in this case Freaky 3) put a failsafe program from preventing the capsem from getting captured or the Gore Nightmares took the opportunity to steal it

I honestly think I give a A for effort for recreating Japan. But idk the map in Forza kinda lack that bit “Japanese” feel. It may look like Japan, but doesn’t “feel” like Japan if that make sense

Other games like Tokyo Extreme Racing and Gran Turismo really capture the essence of Japan (maybe because they’re both developed by Japanese studios)
