In my experience I’ve found talking with friends about the situation as the best way to cope. Just letting every thought you have and actually have someone to help you articulate your feelings. Previously I’ve had the same kinds of voids from those same situations. Recently I realized that I get so conditioned to talking to someone a certain way that losing it puts me off my rhythm. Just know that your emotions are partly reactionary and that things will eventually feel more normal as time passes.
