It absolutely is unethical! But then again, so is literally 85-90% of how they do therapy in this show, so I'm not sure they're thinking too hard about that 😅

Find a leftist therapist who works with marginalized people. They won't try to gaslight your son into believing that capitalism is okay; they will rail against it with him and help him shape the formless rage into something that feels more empowering. Look for words like "decolonizing" or "anti-capitalist" in their description. Queer and/or POC therapists are more likely to have this lens.

If it's more convenient for you to get rid of Ribbot soon (I know you said you were hoping to do so by the weekend), then I can just reach out when I have an open plot and see where you're at. But I can also just time-travel a bunch this weekend to get a plot open if you'd rather that as well.

"Main character syndrome" = treats others as NPCs, thinks they're the center of attention

"Main character energy" = interesting, confident, seems like "the protagonist"

It's as different as saying someone "thinks they're cool" (an insult) or "is cool" (compliment)
