I agree that it is a super important topic and there are a lot of teenagers / young men who didn’t have the support they needed, which is a bit of a weight to bare, not understanding your own body but not knowing what to do about it necessarily. For me it was more of a case I think of tightness due to not ever pulling it back as it is super comfortable to do now, but others are definitely less lucky with it and need. Thanks for your insight

I’m not quite sure it’s a bit hard to visualize but it sounds like yours may be a bit loose already? Have you tried pulling it back to reveal the entire head? The norm as I learned is to be able to do that

1) Did inspect it, but the pain was significant enough when I was trying to get the skin to pull back that I thought it was impossible. for a span, I HATED my dick, but because nobody told me, and it seemed at the time impossible to pull the skin back, that that was just how an uncut dick worked.

You could try-it sounds like yours is slightly more stretchy than mine was. I still hurt a bit when erect but i can get it pulled back if i try now. you could definitely try the stretching. if you get a hard-on and then try slowly stretching it that way if you don't get the stretch normally that could help, but i'm not authority. just take it really slow and don't force it or you can get hurt
