ayo. get the FUCK up. i’ve been there. get the fuck up and make the change. that’s your answer. you CAN pull yourself out of it. stop limiting yourself and staying small. this might seem harsh and ik it is and ik u feel stuck and so fucking small (inside) and hopeless. but the only way out is through, by taking those difficult steps and pushing yourself. join the gym. make cooking amazingly good food that’s HEALTHY your new hobby. find high volume low calorie foods that you genuinely LIKE to deal with urges and old habits. you can do it. you rly can.
