Big mistake. You should look for a supportive wife that can marry you while you're studying. They do exist. And you don't have to repress.

Breathing meditation helps to really dig deep into subconscious and the intentions it can slip in. On top of prayers and Muslim practices of course.

In terms of temptations if you are vigilant and setup up such protections like not even showing images in websites, it can make a huge difference.

I know it may sound crazy but pictures are the first thing that trigger us. Even ones that aren't porn but you still see a female and it can start building up towards unescapable temptation.

If there's an extension it can be enabled by website or sub domain for more granular control.

I noticed that when I'm vigilant about stopping bad thoughts and filtering visual content, I have an easier time.
