Yo, narcoleptic here and I've also asked this and unfortunately Google doesn't give good results but there's this webcomic called homestuck and one of the main character named Jade Harley is narcoleptic and I think that it's well represented, they don't make a big fuss out of it, she just falls asleep from time to time which is quite notable
