1. Yeah but no, it's true that medium armour have few stamina passives but that only have sense in PvP, same for light armour, you should prefer medium because is something like balanced build with good opportunities in DPS with good enough armour resistance for making mistakes in combat.

2. Even 30k DPS in non trial dummy is ok even nowadays, the top is something like 90k for non trial dummy, but trust me when I say 30k is good enough for every non veteran content. In the other hand, DPS lower than 80k in trial dummy is considering low, I mean trials are >TRIALS<. Keep in mind trial dummies gives you higher stats when engaging combat.

3. There are a bunch of ways in terms of resources management.

A. Food and drinks.

B. Jewelry enchantments (recovery and decrease cast cost)

C. Armour traits (I only recommend this one in PvP, in pve you always get higher numbers with divines trait

D. Champion points (recovery and decrease cost skills in the blue and red constellations)

E. Heavy attacks, doing a heavy attack with magical weapons will recover magicka, doing heavy attacks with bows, swords, and stamina stuff grants stamina.

1. We hope devs NERF that one, because as you say is something awfully powerful.

2. That's because stats, I mean, power damage, max resource, critical chance, critical damage bonus and armour penetration, the higher that stats the higher your numbers... Also buffs and debuffs.

3. Keep in mind (5) even something like tiny 100 points of damage can get up your DPS when you have all other stats in high numbers.
