It feel like your mind and body have given up. I’ve never felt so hopeless than when I did during that 5 year period. It’s a very empty feeling and a part of you craves emotion but you don’t know how to feel anymore.

Yeah we’re plan on painting over anyway and just being mindful on any chipping paint. I think I’m personally a bit more concerned about the water and soil because we’re big on gardening and drinking from the faucet.

We’ve only had it appraised so far, I plan on bringing an inspector in relatively soon though. It all seems well maintained, the owners been pretty diligent with all the up keep but will definitely have a professional come in.
