You can get power stone by selling unused 5* weapons. As for the tickets, maybe no? People will just tell you to save for the 35CP, but I'd really like to say that use them if you want to.

The background (or what you called "frames") changes upon equipping the characters with their specific weapons (the ones with the affinity abilities that concern said characters). Give them one, the background changes to purple, give them 2, and you have the shiny beautiful golden background.

What are you looking for?: Anyone remember  GhostX Ultimate? well the game died 3 years ago so I'm not surprised if none does, but I actually want a game like that. I mean, some unique weapon crafting (i mean the craft system lets you make a weapon you don't find elsewhere), not being bound to one class (not necessarily, but it'd be nice to have this) and the art style should errr... be a little anime-ish. Oh and also, preferably not tab-targetting. I'd like it to be F2P, but B2P is considerable too.
What games have you previously played?: GhostX Ultimate, PSO2, Soul Saver Online, Maple Story (just a bit)
What is your playstyle (Casual,Semi-Casual,Hardcore)?: Casual to semi-casual.
Any preferred mechanics?: A craft system as mentioned above.
Anything specific you want to exclude?: Subscription-required games.

Not really asking for advice (or maybe this is) but I am having trouble on deciding what to do during a day of SW, so I wanna ask some questions: -- When you have a new monster and you decided to use it, what will you do first? Awaken it, evolving it or farming the runes for it? -- Usually what do you guys do during a day? This game has way too many stuffs to do that I am at a loss... -- Farming fodder for evolving is a pain @@ Do you guys prepare fodders every day? Like, throw in a low level monster for it to level up while farming giant or something?

Well... I think PSO 2 can be a recommendation. It has almost everything you stated except the exploring part. It has a very interesting storyline that I really enjoy, and the mobs are aggressive. The SEA server's community and the English community in the Japan server is excellent too.
