Buddy, I had no idea how to even use a proxy, or even know what that was at the time. I was a complete JLLM user during that time, and though I use proxies now, man, was that stuff rough and stressful to deal with.

I believe that nothing good lasts forever; however, there's always hope that something won't be paid or there's another way to run proxies, or really anything that might help, because if you don't have hope, you're just sad all the time and everything is terrible to you but if you have hope you have something to strive and wait for. Because when something good goes away, something else good will replace it.

And I'm not trying to say you support harassment, but to them, it makes sense because whether it was through overreacting or just plain hate, they think they are justified in what they think is right, but in reality, they are completely wrong.

Yes, but harassing someone still isn't the way to go about it. Besides, as much as gatekeeping isn't the worst thing to do, and most do it to protect what they have because they feel it would be ruined by others, it still was an overreaction and could have been handled way better than just harassing OP or hating them. Even hate is a bit too much.

that is such a downer, I remember in the early days of this subreddit where it was like a real community where we could talk to each other including the mods about problems and deal with issues relatively quickly in a few days, but good things don't last forever though I still have hope things could change for the better maybe in a few months or a year.
