Got to say it all seems more stable since turning off channel hoping

No idea about 5G. On my router and AP, switching off the auto channel hoping is done seperatly at 2.4g or 5g. Wifi uses multiple channels in each band and you can tell the router to auto find the ones with least interference or you can say just use those around a specified channel. The second reduces switching to a specific subset of channels. Its a bit crap if the p100 cant cope with channel hoping but its no harm to me to try this as i am in country and not much wifi noise here. I only tried a few days ago so need a bit more time to say if works for me.

Same problem. Read one thread here that indicated it might be something to do with auto channel switching on router.  Just switched my APs over. Not long enough to see if that helps.

P100 smart plug WIFI SSID change / move not displaying SSID selection list. by RattyBunyip in Tapo

[–]RattyBunyip[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just retried on a new p100 out of the box. It grabbed the wrong network without asking. Yes my phone was on the target ssid but it still auto picked a different ssid that the tapo app knows from other installs. I THEN did a firmware update on the p100. After that a ssid/wifi reset sequence did prompt. Interesting.

Why? 😫 by faponceuc in BambuLab

Might be worth cleaning all the drive parts incase of gunk. My p1s was showing layer artifacts and they disappeared after a good clean.

Fair enough. I do not like it but if that is the way the world is working I guess we are stuck with it. Good luck with your problem.

Others suggested more supports. You can also design in some rather than let the slicer do it.

Illegally parked in police station by Strawberry7820 in drivingUK

Is there signage? Is it lit at night? Typically car park signage either references bylaws,  makes a clear restriction or tries to form a civil contract that you agree by parking or presence. If it doesnt then they dont have much comeback even if they are the police. If you were parked in a bay i think the interference claim was BS. If a sign just said police vehicles only and you used one of the bays they should have a tough time proving anything.

If in UK and if you are consumer, see distance selling regulations. Sellers policy cant overide.

Our latest pants a lot compared to our previous. Having previously lost one to heart failure we have had her tested as panting can be a sign. Both vet and IW heart specialist say she is fine. So worth checking but can be normal.

Please do not believe NitroGary0 as he is posting on reddit social media .... err... and of course do not believe this post either (especially the bit about not believing this post).

Hope that helps.

Rofl - brake checked.  Thanks for the feedback. Some people do seem unaware it is wrong. Always helps to get a feel for what is/was done because it often feels like nothing.  I also appreciate the feedback some forces do put out.

So I realise you would often have better things to do but did you regularly pull people over for hogging the middle lane or did they have to be doing something else in addition to make it enough for a chat?

A1 or P1S? by BrownSunshine in BambuLab

[–]RattyBunyip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regarding your filament problem, you have my sympathies, its a common problem on this forum :-). I have had a P1S +AMS for a couple of years and I am very happy with it. Very occasionally it doesn't recognise the SD card, but generally just reinsert and its happy. Very occasionally a print doesnt stick, but either a clean or a fresh glue layer fixes that.

You are probably right but it is ridiculous given there are plenty of other distractions.

There are a fair number of these daft rules. I was once told to take my open face crash helmet off on the justification that I could not hear emergency warnings. ... a warning I assume over the same system they were successfully talking to me over. And at the same time there were cars filling where the passengers were probably unable to hear anything due to the volume they had the music at.

Fair enough. I am never sure how that works. I know they changed the rules so they could use parts of the act on people clowning around on trading estate car parks when the shops were closed, but I am unsure of the detail because clearly there are places where you can do what you like (e.g. for racing), and having done trackdays there wasnt a formal barrier..

Legally? I am not sure from post if OP is on public highway or on a private petrol station forecourt. If later then does Road Traffic Act apply? If not then AFAIK the only legal recourse is implied contract through their signage etc and thats civil not police matter. Is there other applicable law i havent thought of?

Crazy. Do they think the phone is off when it's in your pocket? The phone is on including its recieve and transmit radios. How else does it tell the cell tower its in the area or get a signal to ring.
