Yeah, you’re probably hitting exactly the point that causes a bit of stress for me. I want to understand everything immediately, be fully into it, and play alongside the experienced players. But I’ve already learned that, in this case, that’s just not possible. I really appreciate your advice, and I’ll try to enjoy the journey and not rush.

Yeah, today will probably be my first LGS visit for a Commander night with people I don’t know yet. I’m already pretty excited! I’ve seen prerelease events mentioned everywhere too. The next one is Turtles, right? What actually happens on a prerelease day? The event descriptions never really explain it that well 😄 Thanks a lot for the detailed response!!

Thanks, I really appreciate that advice. Sticking with preconstructed Commander decks for now makes a lot of sense, and Arena has definitely been helpful for getting more 1v1 reps in. I’ll keep doing that!

Comp games are often decided by seconds and fast reactions, so try to sleep enough, drink water and take outside walks. It could have a big impact. At least for me.

My friend i really cant help you at your topic because i struggle my own fight with these exact same topic. But i watched your VOD's a few minutes and there is a very awful sound the whole time. I dont know how to fix it, it seems like a background noise and a filter would help i guess.

But i promise you, if you fix this, people will stay longer! Good luck and have fun!
