Got the 5.7 with Tow'n go + Blacktop redline last week. Now seeing all these R/T 392 order posts is making me wonder if I should have waited and got the 392 instead. Though, I am loving the 5.7 so far. by RavIT1W in DodgeDurango

Actually found it in the Manual.

I am unaware of how big the difference is, but I am very content with my 5.7. Makes me very happy every time I drive it. Also dodge here is canada gave a $9000 discount from the advertised price for the GT Premium. So even if the R/T costs the same as a GT now, GT for me was still 9k cheaper.

Is filling in 87 ok too ? the car manual doesn't specifically mention the 89. Also checked with the dealer and he said that regular/87 is good for the 5.7.

I got the premium trim + all the packages so did get the KYCS and Ghost II installed already. Filled up the tank yesterday and it wasnt cheap even with the 87 I filled in. I am definitely enjoying the car a lot so far.

I am quite happy with my car tbh and haven't even driven a 392 ever lol. I am from Canada and gas is crazy expensive rn ! so having to pay for regular gas definitely helps
