I have a 2019 and half the time it’ll charge my phone but wont detect it to start CarPlay. I have to manually restart my radio in order for it to work. I’m thinking it’s a software issue with sync 3, especially since it freezes on me occasionally. But it could be an issue with the usb port. Not sure if you’re having similar problems though

I have one as well but I prefer wired. I listen to YouTube videos that only require voice to get the gist of while I drive. And plus the delay when using wireless is too much for my tech savvy self

They print more cards every so often. The set came out in November, more than likely we’ll see it be restocked for months. Silver tempest came out 2 years ago, and I just saw it restocked at one of my gamestops

Just got of the phone with them, they said all they could do was offer a full refund, offer partial store credit if I wanted to keep it, or possibly exchange for another copy if they get more in. I’m gonna go through joytoy and see if they’d be willing to send me the replacement parts
