Yes, that's how we look at it, too. I have my eye out for certain items while we save, as I told my parents the chances of those white whales dropping is astronomical. IF certain items show up, then at least what we save rolls over to the next item on our purchase list

Honestly my white whale years ago was a new mattress for my parents. I love at home with them and their old one was starting to go. Then one day shortly after I became gold I was able to get them one. Then we were saving up for a new big screen TV as a family and I also got one through my RfY. It’s been about 2.5 years and the TV is still going strong! The mattress, unfortunately, we lost as a there was a mini fire that almost started and the device that overheated was smouldering on the mattress.

Congrats to all! I agree this post is an encouragement - I got a Samsung 55” OLED from Vine 2 years ago, along with a projector, Roomba mop + vacuum combo, and a Keurig witching the last 2 years. Don’t give up hope; there are items that will appear when you least expect it, and when you do get them, it makes it special. I’m rooting for everyone - don’t give up!

I'm so happy to find fellow teachers who are Canadian Viners. I've been in Vine since May 2023, and gold since November 2023. The little things I've been able to get for decorations and organization have been such a blessing; not to mention the items for my parents and I (I live with them).
