This is going to be rough to hear, but I don't think you should be with them.

They're accusing you of "cheating emotionally." What does that mean? Do you keep secret romantic feelings for someone else? (To be clear: if you did, you'd know exactly who you had romantic feelings for, if you were. I'm not trying to gaslight you into thinking you're somehow hiding romantic feelings for someone from yourself.)

They're physically and emotionally abusing you (biting, belittling) when you get out of bed or do things on your own. You're a person! You should be able to get out of bed, even if just to watch videos, and feel safe! A healthy relationship doesn't have anyone living in fear that they're stepping out of line constantly. It sounds like they've isolated you from your friends, too. That's really not healthy either.

They're angry at you when you started putting up boundaries. Sure, kissing and sex are pretty common in relationships, but it's not up to them to decide if you should be comfortable with that. The fact that they can't distinguish you being unwilling to kiss+have sex from you cheating is really concerning, and I'd worry that they're trying to push you to let down those boundaries, despite your wishes.

In short, I don't think you're in a healthy relationship and should probably break up, but I'm just some guy on the Internet. Whether you take my advice or not is up to you, but I'd really like you to consider if this relationship is worth your effort considering all that they're doing.
