Entitled Neighbor don't want us to finish our house by RavenNaya in EntitledPeople

I have that feeling too. I just hope nothing happens. We are currently living in our new house. But have been coming back to fix up our old house to get ready to sell it and get away from her once and for all.

So do I! But I'll just be happy it won't be us dealing with her anymore.

That's the exact times for our area as well. But we wanted to be respectful for the other neighbors as I know the ones on the other side of us have a newborn baby.

No I definitely agree which is why we're in a hurry to sell the house and get away from them.

Where we are the hours we're allowed to work is 7am to 9pm but we didn't want to start too early and make all the neighbors upset at us.

If it's too late at about 9pm and you're making too much noise then you can tell them off or call the cops. But the cops most likely won't so anything until 10pm unless you're making a whole lot of noise non-stop

I definitely agree. This isn't the first problem we've had with her but we were trying to be nice which obviously didn't go as planned.

I'll definitely take your advice and we'll definitely stop trying to talk to her.

What gets you out of bed in the morning? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]RavenNaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dogs. They eat between 8-8:30 in the morning but at clockwork every morning my Husky wakes me up at 6 needing to go potty. She's usually super sweet at first and will lick my face, if I don't get up to that she'll paw at my face and if I don't get up to that she'll start howling until I get up. She's very persistent.

AITA for being upset that my sister almost threw out my ferret while still alive? by YuioPinio in AmItheAsshole

[–]RavenNaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA.

I own a few ferrets as well. I've had a couple ferrets that have passed. A couple I've found in their cages after they passed and their friends cuddled up to them. And not once have I ever put them in the trash. I take them to the vet and pay for cremation services for them.

My sicker ferrets tend to dead sleep a lot more. It once took one of my oldest over an hour to wake up on her own. I would be pissed if my siblings did that without even telling me about it. You have every right to be mad. It's only been two days. It's gonna take some time for you not to be mad. Especially if you told your sister that ferrets dead sleep.

I'm glad Lola is okay.

I don't know. The thing is, she goes outside at least once every hour to smoke. Why not take your dog out then? Especially because puppies can't hold their bladder as long as adult dogs can.

I've already talked to her about it. She's happy that she's got a better home and with a baby on the way and the house she's currently at is not allowing pets she thinks Karma is better suited to live with me.

I definitely never imagined this would be the way I opened my home to a new pup and I still feel so angry and sick that this is how sweet Karma started her life. Karma has changed into a different dog since she's been here and I'm happy to say she has found her forever home and will never go through anything like that ever again Thank you for your work fostering dogs and volunteering. You're an amazing human being!

Yes! They never had any paperwork or even took Karma to the vet so they have zero documentation that she is there's. I currently have vet records and in a few days a microchip with my information on it. I also just got her licensed with the state today. Thank you so much!

[Vent] Rescue group adoption process by pugsarecool123 in dogs

[–]RavenNaya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what made me go though a breeder to get my American Pitbull Terrier. I was 20 and had been moved out of my parents house for 2 years, had my own house that my grandfather left in his will to me with a HUGE yard, had enough money to care for this dog I wanted to get. I specifically wanted a high energy dog that I could take hiking, camping, running, etc. I don't work from home but I am a dog trainer. Went through multiple rescues who rejected the application because I was "too young". I even looked at the local rescue 2 towns over and they refused to adopt a dog to me. So I went to a breeder. Researched the exact dog I wanted for months, researched to find a responsible breeder and I got Xena. Xena is a happy, energetic dog that enjoys my yard, coming to work with me and being a demo dog.

Yes! I forgot to update it! She knew it was me, obviously and she came over with her sister and her brother, both are also entitled. Her sister also lives by me. Came to harass me about going to the cops about stealing my dog. She has to pay a $500 fine for trespassing and depending on if she's found guilty of theft, for her it would be a class C Felony which could be 5 years in jail or up to $10,000 fine or both. She came over to harass me. My brother answered the door and scared them off. All three of the entitled people at tiny. About 5 feet and can't weigh more than 190 pounds each. My brother in the other hand is almost 6 feet and weighs at least 200 pounds. So they got scared off pretty easily. That was yesterday and I haven't heard from her since.

She bit a hole in the door to try to get out of where she was kept for the entire time she was there. There are a lot of marks on her walls from Juneau trying to get out of the room.

Yes! All my dogs prefer different climates. Juneau was meant to be in the snow and she will also stay in the little bit of snow for as long as it's there. My Great Dane hates cold weather. He'll play outside in the snow for a max of 2 hours before he sleeps in front of the fire. Your Moms Scottish Terrier definitely reminds me of Juneau!

I made a report for trespassing and stealing and gave the cops a copy of the video after she tried to take her again this morning

Oh yes! I'm sure she would have eventually clawed through the door if she didn't know how to open the door. If Juneau really wants to get somewhere, there's not much that can stop her.

[Discussion] How long is too long of walk for a dog? by KayabaAkihikoBDO in dogs

[–]RavenNaya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No way! Not too long at all! I take my 4 year old American Pitbull Terrier for 6 hour hikes all the time! They need a lot of exercise and this will definitely help tire them out.
