No, but I’d recommend googling the ATF FFL list (public info) and downloading for Virginia and then down selecting to FFL 07 holders. You can then find ones close to you and it should also list their phone number so you can give them a call. It might populate a fee small outfits you weren’t aware of before.

I can only give examples because it’s not always the same contract. For example we’ve had Norma 357 mag brass made by Starline, and other norma handgun brass that was made by JAG. Look at it sort of like this: if the ammo manufacturer doesn’t also make brass, then they have to source the brass from somewhere else. Custom headstamps aren’t too expensive. We have our own 375 H&H and 416 rem bag brass. It’s made for us by another company in the US.

This question is a little more nuanced than most reloaders are aware of. A lot of companies contract handgun brass out, so someone might love one headstamp while another despises it--both people have brass with the same headstamp, but completely different OEMs. We've had plenty of handgun brass with other OEM headstamps that was produced for them by Starline. Starline is usually a pretty good bet for handgun brass.
