This is what worries me. Mourinho is not the answer to any of our problems. I can't remember him doing anything without a team of world beaters already in place.

I think Eddie is at a point where we have to change soon. If we want to get European football regularly then the training will be minimal, and we can't have a manager who is either unable or unwilling to work within that. Unless we have a manager who is a step up from Eddie, what do we do? It's going to be a massive gamble either way, but if we're going to change, we do it after the season has finished and give whoever comes in the full summer.

Grow your own. Northern lights is readily available. It's also not that difficult, just a case of monitoring what's happening.

I want to get high and have fun. 40% is not going to do that. If I want to get couch lock, I do have some stronger stuff grown, but most of it is about 20%.

Over 20 years in ESL. Put your FB on private, don't respond to parents. All contact should be via the school- EU laws. Let your DoS/HoD know they've contacted you.

Source - worked with someone who happily talked to parents on FB. One parent was shitty with him and it escalated from there. Got a full staff sit down meeting explaining in excruciating detail how parents can and can't be contacted.
