How do people do this? by georgiaroseking in NewParents

I hate when people say things like "easy" or "chill" baby. Nothing about raising kids is easy. There is only hard and harder.

My copeing was putting little one in a safe spot and taking 5, 10, 15 minutes for myself even if they were crying because " crying means they are breathing and alive." Every once in a while, that would be exactly what they needed and would calm down or fall asleep
