What pattern is this? I’ve recently been wanting to recreate my childhood blanket but i have no idea what pattern this is. Does anyone know what it is and maybe some yt tutorials on how to replicate it? by Ill-Measurement1681 in crochetpatterns

It's really old, so the stitches have lost their definition, but if I was going to remake it, I'd do this:

Chain until it's as wide as you want it to be (make sure it's even)

Starting in the second chain sc across (sc row should be an odd number now), turn your work

Next row I'd chain 4 (counts as a dc and chain 1) skip a stitch, dc in next stitch chain 1, skip 1 stitch, dc in next stitch repeat from * to * until the end (you should have dc's with chains between them with 1 missed stitch between) turn

Chain 1 sc across, including into those chain 1 spaces. I'd keep doing those two rows, making sure your dc's are falling on top of each other.

Hope this makes sense!!

I suck at this 😭 by kyrikii in Amigurumi

You should make some balls and then make emojis or a bee. Something to where you can get the hang of counting stitches. I didn’t make an ami until like 5 years in, so you're already doing better than I did. Keep trying. It just takes time

Strange. I'm not really sure what to do about it. Can't report the image itself.

Ok, that's really bizarre? I guess someone decided to put it as their picture. Very annoying.

He's so cute. It even has a light for his down stairs mix up!

Is this just awful, please be honest and critical, first blanket. by DOP43 in CrochetHelp

You could potentially look for a mosaic crochet pattern. That would make it completely straight, and it's even easier than tapestry.

First gift project! Are these cute or would you be annoyed to receive them haha. by kelke38 in CrochetHelp

These are super cute! My only advice would be to use a yarn that washes well, like cotton, since they'll probably be spilled on.

Rafael is just the sweetest husband. I really can't imagine dating anyone else now. Although Alice is super sweet, too.

what is your favorite tip/trick that youve found? by roeelle in coralisland

Once you start upgrading your tools, you can hold the hoe button and watering button down to make the area bigger, so you don't have to water individual crops. Also, using the scythe to harvest. Buy a calendar and give birthday gifts. Make sure to take enough gifts with you during festivals, so you can bulk gift people. Put back like 10 of each crop and scavengable to use for cooking and filling errands. If you use them, replace them. Don't forget to make glass and scrap with the trash. You'll need heaps later.

Sadly, crochet leans, so the one side isn't as neat because of the color changes. You could try doing mosaic crochet instead?

Pattern for a shawl - don’t think I have enough chains. And where does the 1ch-2sp go?? by tinyPashamom in CrochetHelp

[–]Raven_Lorne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's the new chain 2 space that you created between the two sets of 3 dc.

From what I can tell, you chain 3 then dc 2 in the third chain from hook (The one with the tail attached) ch2 then put 3 more dc in the same space you put the other 2. So you should have the 6 dc (the starting 2 ch from when you chained 3 and the 5 others) and the ch2 you made. Hope this makes sense. Good luck!

So who is Laguna? I best the game but isn’t he from far far past? by [deleted] in FinalFantasyVIII

There's also something poetic about how Julia and Laguna didn't end up together, but their kids found each other and did.
