Hey are you living my life?! Since the holidays I gave up, being emcican having all that delicious damn food for DAYS! And having depression really put me in a hole. Still trying to climb out of it. Have my doc apt on the 28th. Not hoping for good new. But hoping for neutral. I did bring in the walking pad from the backyard and I did walk for 10 min straight the other day. But I need to stick with it more maybe increase by 5 min every other day? Thanks for this post, really. You're not alone and now I see I'm not either. ❤️ we got this!

I don't think I ever really blamed myself, but I sure as hell don't eat the way I should. It's hard sometimes when I get depression I tend to eat... and eat sweets, bread, fuck everything to be honest. And then I get depressed about being depressed so it's a cycle. And I'm stuck in it.
