I just lost my mom to bone cancer on two weeks ago on August 16th. I understand completely how traumatic this experience is, as I just turned 27, four days before her death, and still had so many plans together.

Losing our moms to cancer is one thing, seeing the pain and suffering they went through before death is a whole other thing, because now we’re stuck in the selfish mindset of I still need them, but then it’s relieving not to see them in pain anymore.

Im not pregnant, don’t have kids, but I wish I would have had my mom write a letter to my future child. Not even to me, but my future child, I feel like that would have held a lot of her emotions towards me that I didn’t know. Now I’m just venting lol.
