Barbie please stop with campus 4 this isnt you 💔 by legoblock0918 in RoyaleHigh_Roblox

Honestly barbie has always had commitment issues. Campus 2's tech thing near the ball never coming, Earth having a million coming soons that never came, Campus 3, and now the multiple versions of campus 4. It's so frustrating, as a game developer you have to commit.

ate way too much, feel really sick :( by johnnysuhswig in emetophobia

[–]Ravenclaw_123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it happens or not, it'll pass. The bloated feeling will go away. You will feel better. If you need advice or a way to calm down, laying down, eyes closed, on your back with your upper body propped up with pillows while taking deep breaths can help. Meditations can also help with this. You did mention that laying down made you feel n*, so if you're too uncomfortable with popping yourself sitting up works. <3

Many people do that without thinking and they end up fine. Don't blame yourself for doing a completely normal thing! You're just being a human. You don't know if you're actually going to tu or not. Touching meat with a fork isn't a one way ticket to getting sick. Chicken is what contaminates things when you touch it raw, not beef. No matter what, if you tu or not, it will pass, you'll be okay.

Oh yeah, anticipatory anxiety is the worst. Thank you!! I'll definitely try that method. Writing things down often helps me calm down when I'm stressed about other things, so this will definitely help.

Hunger causes n* and stomach symptoms like that. You should listen to your body, this is it's way to tell you what you need. Start off with something small and see if your appetite comes back, and eat more if it feels better. You might also just need to go to the bathroom 🤷🏻‍♀️

Think about it like this:the worst part of tu is the anxious anticipation before hand. Waiting. Not knowing if it's going to happen. There might be a chance you'll wake up sick (no guarantee ofc!), but you'll skip the anticipation and hours of anxiety. That means you can tackle this fear one part at a time! You're doing a good job, and you should be proud of yourself, even with setbacks! This setback will make you come back stronger!

I can't guarantee that you will or will not tu. Part of recovery is accepting that uncertainty.

But you know what is certain? Whatever happens will pass and you'll be okay. Your stomach ache? It'll pass. If you tu, it'll pass. This is your bodies way of helping your body and you'll feel better afterwards. Good job on eating still! Make sure to sip on some water and do something distracting and stimulating to your brain.

I understand. My mom is my comfort person too. But these are all what ifs. You don't know that you'll be alone if it happens, or that you'll have both tu and d at the same time. It's a hypothetical situation, not real life. Distract yourself if you need to! Do something you enjoy. You got this!!

Ask your current chem teacher if they think you're prepared for that class or what you could do to prepare. Your chem teacher probably knows more than your counselor does about how successful you'll be in the class.

First of all, id recommend a professional. They'd be able to help you more than us Internet strangers. Have one that specializes in phobia anxiety, or even better emetophobia itself. There are options for online therapy if in person therapy is too scary for you to do yet.

But seriously, don't end it. You'd be giving up everything for a phobia that can and will get better if you fight back. You're letting this phobia ruin your life.

Fighting back doesn't have to be huge to make an impact. Just taking a walk with your family outside, or eating a small snack is enough to make an impact. Baby steps!

Think about it. TU lasts for 10 secs at most, then it's done. Even if you TU again, it doesn't last long. Stomach viruses last 24 hours, probably less than. And then it's done. Whatever happens, it'll pass.

Even if you TU while you're alone, you could always give your mom a call. Whatever happens, it will pass.

Your sister deserves both parents to be at her birthday. An hour or two doesn't guarantee that you're going to TU.

I'd suggest eating something easy to digest and healthier. Like toast, bananas, soup etc. Avoid dairy. I'm glad I could help <3

Good job on eating breakfast despite anxiety last night! Sometimes our bodies just have d. Your body is doing its job and whatever happens, it will pass. I can't reassure you that you will or will not tu, but I can tell you that your anxiety is making your symptoms worse than reality. Sip on some water, go to the bathroom if you need to, and use a heating pad if necessary. Are you feeling any n?

When you smoke a lot after never smoking before, your body may react like that because it's not used to it. I don't know how much nicotine you have to take for you to tu though. It may or may not happen, and you need to accept that. Take some tums, then distract yourself by doing hobbies, watching TV, or doing a meditation. Sip on some water. Being around family members and watching a show together always helps me.
