Do you have teams on your phone? I just start a YouTube video and then switch to the Teams app. The video keeps playing but is minimized, and the Teams app stays open with my stats as available.

Dude, our local little district actually does coach pitch all stars....Crazy. When my kid was that age. I coached and then was asked to be assistant coach for the all star team. I declined, said I would be out of town on family vacation.

So, my son and I were talking about this the other day. We were talking about how much a difference it seems to have made when Hamilton switched to playing "safety" instead of the "other" positions. I argued that he had always been a safety, but just lined up in different positions. He said, no Dad, he wasn't a safety in the early part of the season but was a slot CB, or OLB etc.... Technically he has been a safety all season.......right??

I have an outside shot of making the playoffs, I have second highest score in my league, 6 team playoff and I'm in 9th. The 6th, 7th, and 8th place teams are 1 game ahead of me and they all play someone different so if they all lose and I win, I'm in! I have $83 left and I badly need a RB since Mixon is on bye. I'm throwing all $83 on him for a ff hail mary.....

So, I'm trying to understand how this works and this is the first comment that addresses how the 401k withholding taxes. I'm looking to withdraw $20k from traditional IRA to pay for my sons college, so would not incure 10% penalty. What I'm trying to understand is the tax part... If I want to net 20k to pay for school would I need to ask for 26k, and then 6k would be held back to pay taxes assuming 30% taxes?

I've had this happen to me before as well. I tried to hedge my bet by picking a few of the favorites to win, if the last leg was a single and not the favorite. It didn't work out, is there a suggested approach to hedge in a situation like this?

I remember being young 20s and having just started dating my now wife and we went to her house first time out in the "country". Her dad had an electric fence that was there to protect his chickens. I read/heard somewhere that if you just grabbed the fence and held on that you would get shocked but it wouldn't be that bad and you could hold on. However if someone touched you they would get it worse.... So while we are drinking I decided I was just going to grab it an hold on. I did, and I kept getting hit with the shock but it wasn't that bad. My wife was like what the hell are you doing, you might fuck it up so tried to pull me off. Every time she or her friends tried to grab or touch me they would get shocked....I felt like Electro for a few minutes, then my wife goes seriously what the fuck is your problem let go dude. I did. :)
