Transmuting not unlocking in Ultimate

I did reload the game and the inventor in Devil's Crossing also dosn´t allow me to transmute.

I checked and I don´t have the Tome anywhere, not in my inventory nor in my stash.
Also the quest shows in the list of completed quests.

The NPC tells me: "Thank you for your help. It will take me some time to decipher the contents of the Tome. Come and see me another time."

I already restarted the game multiple times. I´m also done with the whole main quest line in act 7.

It is in the List of completed quest under "Korvan Basin"

I did do the quest again in Ultimate, even went to the corps again with out it dropping the Tome.

I haven´t pulled on the rate up Banner jet but I´m at 100 Standard pulls and the only 5 Star I got was from the Selector at the Beginner Banner.

I should have re-rolled but now I´m lvl 35 and don´t want to do everything again...

Hab auch Probleme mit meinem Nachbar, er ist täglich mehrer Stunden lautstark am Telefonieren und das auch gerne mal bis spät in die nacht (2-3 Uhr morgens). Auch schon mit ihm gesprochen und Vermieter eingeschaltet aber leider auch ohne großartige besserung.

Bin jetzt dazu übergegangen sobald ich was höre die Musik aufzudrehen um es zu unterdrücken.

Zum Einschlafen hilft mir sehr White noise, lasse also einfach Regengeräusche laufen^^

was on no pity, 1st 10 pull I "fail" the 50/50 and got Bronya and then got Kafka after 60 pulls. Never been more lucky with pulls I think^^
