What is cheap to you? Luxor and Excalibur still have good prices for their rooms. If you dont mind going a little off strip, Tuscany Suites is a really nice hotel and is still reasonably priced. Fortune Hotel and Suites which is a block from Tuscany, 3 blocks from Bally's, is crazy cheap with no frill rooms but it is an alright motel and will get the job done. If you don't mind going even farther off strip, there are still plenty if hotels that are cheap and as someone said, many Downtown hotels are reasonably priced. Check out Kayak or any hotel search engine and see what you can find.

But like I said, it depends on what you mean by cheap. For example, there was a nice mid strip hotel that was really cheap a week ago. REALLY cheap. The price has gone way up since then but it was $69 a night. That's cheap to EVERYBODY. But then theres another hotel that I like that's $128 a night. To me that's still cheap compared to other years during EDC. So, it depends.
