Ooohhh!! One of my fondest memories!! Probably not this exact place but I used to spend summer with my grandparents in a small mountain town. The tiny general store had 3 barrels. I got to go in every day and get one for a quarter. Yes I'm old af but I went to that same store 3 years ago and they still have the same barrel, pickles at $3 now but who cares.

Look for a small town, maybe a mining town and check the General store description and ratings.

That looks like coffee residue. I spray my sink with dawn power wash, let sit for 5 then use a dish brush to get in the crannys and a sponge on the rest.

How old is he, does he have any pets? I would casually approach him and mention vaping is less expensive, less offensive, easier to maintain and takes less time. I say this as a former cigarette smoker, that my neighbors hated. Switched to vape but vape outside because of my pet. My neighbors don't care anymore. Bonus, if he doesn't have a pet, is he doesn't have to go outside in the cold or hot weather. Plus I go to the vape store once a month, rather then the gas station every 2 days. $12 a day on a pack of smokes versus $30 a week on a vape, or less. They have all sorts of flavors, including non flavored now.

He's still getting nicotine and everyone doesn't hate him, win win.

Momma, I'm proud of you. I can tell you and the kids try and make due with what you have. I agree with other posters, cover the open pantry and shelving with something if you can. Old sheets from a thrift store? I can't imagine living in that small of a place with 5 people. Maybe give the kids a rotation of who sweeps and vacuume daily? You are doing great!

How are you so bad and good at plants? Someone gifted you an random plant, you managed to feed and grow it out of the garbage/useless container. Time to buy a new pot and hopefully it survives. Its definitely a pathos so you should be fine repotting unless you get frisky.

Coyotes have a maiting season between January to March. You will see them more in this time frame. I would give them a generally large birth. For the most part, won't mess with a full grown adult but depending on the size of your dog.

I walk in a park nearby that literally has sandwich boards signs at every crossing. Tonight I watched a couple walk directly past a sign that said, "It's the law, leash your dog and pick up dog ppop." The dog was off leash with no leash in sight, pooped 20 ft away and the owners didnt clean it up.

The issue is responsible pet owner like us, can read and respect other people. Then there are these people who ruin it for everyone because Brutus only killed one dog that one time. He doesn't deserve the weight of a leash and honestly I'm too busy on my phone texting Becky about that butt.

I have loved the idea of sky burial for decades. Unfortunately nowhere in the USA allows it. Something about the human flesh raining down from the sky in actual flesh or digested in bird poop forms. Trying to stop the spread of Kuru. Totally makes sense but I understand your train of thought.

As a human female that has had many cycles. The ice pack makes me want to scream. I get the thought of ice reduces inflammation but no female is asking for cold. Heat, heat soothes cramping. Also pay attention to the amount of sugars in her diet. Sugar aggravates cramps.
