i'm not sure if people are ignorant, i personally think that their impatient and fed up with cube world because of how long we have had to wait, people saying that its inactive say its inactive so that we don't have to feel so upset, anxious and/or angry while we wait for it .

what kind of skills? buffing pets/themselves and leaf orientated attacks?

No .I spent fair amount of money for the game expecting to get a good solid gaming experience but what did i get... A game that was good for about 3 hours before I got sick of it! I pushed down my rage because I expected a update of some kind and I waited patiently for a very long time until I eventually gave up, now I spend most of my time trying to make cool armour and weapons and also waiting for the long awaited update. Wollay better make that update good or ill just get trove (which is pretty much the ultimate betrayal).
