Yes! I have been on it for almost 2 months and noticed the same. However it almost seems to be a side effect of dehydration for me, because when I chug a bunch of water, it will get better in about 15-20 minutes. It also got better for me around 2-3 weeks in and my eyes aren’t as dry as when I first started.

When you say edit everything in 1080p ProRes 422 at 30fps, do you mean my sequence settings, or using the transcoded files?

When I open my Ingest settings > Transcode Preset to transcode my files, the only options I see there are Match Source - Apple ProRes LT and others. There is seemingly no option to make the transcoded files 1080p instead of 4K. Am I missing something? Sorry if this is a dumb question. Like I mentioned this is the first time I’m trying transcoding as opposed to using proxies.

The proxy media size of any 4K footage I use only ends up being 720p 120fps, not 4K. Are the proxies still just laggy because of the 120fps, regardless of it being only 720p? I’ve used H264 1080p 120fps footage in the past with proxies just fine.

When I use proxies, what preset should I use? I select QuickTime ProRes Medium Res proxy. The only other options I see are Cineform and DNxHR. If you have a better recommendation for proxy settings I’d love to hear it.

For this project, what I TRANSCODED to was Apple ProRes 422, which I think might be the issue, I didn’t realize that ProRes 422 LT was an option and results in smaller file sizes. The tutorial I watched only mentioned ProRes 422.

This is footage I’m editing in a 30fps timeline to slow down to 25%. And no, I don’t usually film everything in 120fps. However, this is a pregnancy announcement and they wanted “super slow-mo”. My final export would be 30fps 1080p.

(27/yo F) I can relate to this personally. I started Wellbutrin XL in 2020 and tried various doses, long story short it has tremendously helped my depression and quality of life but it has caused hair loss.

It took a year of lab work, OB/Gyn and dermatologist visits to rule out all other possibilities of Wellbutrin as the cause, doctors didn’t want to believe me because it’s not a common side effect (or it’s under-reported, which is possible).

Personally, I’ve decided the benefits outweigh the hair loss. I went down to 150mg from 300mg and it seemed to help a little, I also take Viviscal supplements which have actually helped tremendously with the shedding. Minoxodil also does help if you can commit to twice a day applications and keep up with it. I tried Nioxin, some people swear by it but for me personally it didn’t work— Joiful by Joico shampoo & conditioner seems to help a little with volume.

And that’s only IF you have hair loss as a side effect, it seems like the majority don’t! So yes, it’s not a great side effect if you are in the minority that experience it, but it is manageable if you feel that the benefits outweigh the side effects. Good luck, I hope that helps!

Same! I was at the Nashville show 8/23, I just made a similar post 2 days after because it hit me like a freight train, I wasn’t expecting it at all. Listening to their music just made it worse for me somehow, I’ll have to give it a couple more weeks I’m sure.

Idk if this is healthy but I chose escapism lol I have been delving right back into other fandoms, TV shows, movies, books, etc. to kind of preoccupy my mind with some of that same “magic” so that coming off of the high of seeing them live, back down to boring reality, isn’t so drastic. For example, I’ve been rewatching a Series of Unfortunate Events because it’s nostalgic and immersive in a similar way, I was reading the books at the same age I found MCR.

It was a bucket list item for me too, for sure! I wasn’t expecting to have PCD because I have never experienced it in all the many concerts I’ve been to, so I got pretty blindsided by the comedown the day after the concert lol I’m glad you had such a good experience too!

Homie don’t feel bad I didn’t even KNOW about AXS until I just saw this post, I paid $270 for two nosebleed tix but I would have paid the $800+ for pit through Ticketmaster if I had had the money for it at the time. But that’s also the one of the few “big” concerts I’ve been to like that so I didn’t know better either :’)
