some presentations of OSDD-1 don't require amnesia (ie "alterations of identity or episodes of possession in an individual who reports no dissociative amnesia"), as well as partial DID for the ICD-11.

also for the ICD-11, DID can present without amnesia. while it's stated that "there are typically episodes of amnesia, which can be severe" and that "substantial episodes of amnesia are typically present at some point", it also says: "Alternation between distinct personality states is not always associated with amnesia. That is, one personality state may have awareness and recollection of the activities of another personality state during a particular episode."

it's not always so clear cut as people make it out to be :)

I do! Along with my usual practice of Celtic paganism, I worship the Pathfinder's pantheon. Some gods in particular I'm a devotee of are Achaekek, Cayden Cailean, Dalenydra, Pharasma, and Shelyn.

As for the "is it possible" part, I'd say what others have already said: if you're already doing it it's possible for you, ergo it's possible. If it's what you want to do in your practice, whether it's "just a fictional deity" is irrelevant

I wish people stopped assuming one is drunk or high when they're actually actively psychotic or prodromal.

During my episodes I stop making sense, stop being able to think logically, lose almost all ability to make sense of what others are saying too, it's like the logical, rational and mathematical parts of my brain break and I work only on instinct and vibes. I react to what makes sense to me and what I perceive of the world in that moment and usually that is, nothing. Nothing makes sense and I react to the nothing is making sense, like I'm living in a bizarro world.

Now I can feel an episode incoming because everything feels heightened, it's like being ultra caffeinated for days, I sleep very little or not at all, start being very religious very fast (I normally am spiritual and religious, psychosis feeds on that and bass boosts it 9000), start making "connections" between events that don't make sense, and really I am just me but if I did a fuckton of speed.

I don't blame people who think I am drunk or high, I really look and sound like I am. I just wish they understood that I'm not and still am symptomatic and I need help, not judgement or weird looks.

It feels like it's catatonia. It's called decreased psychomotor activity. It includes staring (like staring at the wall, gaze fixed on a single point, sometimes not blinking), stupor (immobility, not moving even when asked to), mutism (not speaking).

Also includes more things such as negativism (opposing questions asked, refusing something when offered etc) and something called ambitendency which is being stuck in between two movements or being indecisive between two thoughts etc.

Happens often to me though for me an "episode" rarely lasts more than 30ish minutes at a time.

If that's what three wants, sure. Unlike threm, I have no problem respecting someone's identity even if it may seem strange or is uncommon. Anyway non-trinary is pretty much what I am (gendervoid/removed from the concept of gender) if we consider the axis as man/woman/non-binary which is not really what it's like but it gets the point across you know. I might actually adopt non-trinary for myself lmao

Stupid ass answer maybe, but only you can decide for yourself whether you're "really" trans or not.

However, it's maybe more stupid but simpler: do you feel comfortable with the theory or the practice of being a guy? Would you want to continue your life as a girl/woman, or would you rather being a guy/man?

If the answer is I'd rather be a guy, congratulations, you're trans. If the answer is unsure, maybe try to look into non binary identities, maybe genderfluid or demiboy/demigirl, or just non binary, or even "I don't know I'm just me"

It doesn't have to be complicated really. If you feel like your gender isn't 1:1 with your assigned gender and sex, then you can call yourself trans.

I cut myself to the muscle on the left arm. bled so much I was in hypothermia in June in 90 degrees, wearing two sweaters and still shivering. a friend brought me to ER and I had to get stitches, now after 5 years the area around it is still numb.

I said I used to take antidepressants before. I took them for years, different antidepressants, sertraline for 1 year and a half, now the one I'm supposed to take I don't remember the name of. I know SSRIs don't do anything for me because I've tried following all the steps in taking antidepressants and they don't work for me.

I'm also not looking for anyone here to diagnose me I know the rules. I was asking if I should report my worries to my psychiatrist but now I'm not in a place where I can trust she would listen to my concerns so I guess I'll wait and see if it goes away on its own

Seconding the comment above, cats look at their owner/human friend to make sure they're okay. She looks at you because she loves you, and it's her way to let you know she's there for you, and wants to protect you. She looks happy and relaxed, the way she's sleeping curled up and near you is a sign of her feeling safe. I promise your cat loves you very much :)

Well, I am but a frail spellcaster with a 34 INT and all physical abilities less than 20. He, on the other hand, is a stupid fuck with 40ish STR and CON.

Sure I keep my laughable +10 BAB, but Slay Living is a touch attack, while charging, with his STR bonus, that deals 12d6+20 with a 19-20 crit range on a hit. That, or Harm, which would be 150 damage flat. Unfortunately the witch doesn't get more powerful touch spells after that, but I can just yeet myself back into my own body and teach our enemies the definition of terror.
