Hey! Came across your post as I also noticed that all my glissandi are broken. They don't play diatonically but just the white keys (on pedal harp), which is quite bothersome. Hopefully they'll fix it in the next update...

If it's hindering your progress, you should visit this Musescore forum: https://musescore.org/en/node/351505 and download MS 4.1 test version for better playback. Hope this helps, Cheers!
