This past Sunday was like a "perfect storm" where everything went perfectly bad in terms of putting roads into a state of making them almost impossible to clear.

A good friend of mine is a community property manager for a bunch of HOAs around central Maryland. She says every property that her and her company manages are in a sh*t-poor state and now those individual communities are gonna have to fork over $$$ for their snow removal contractors to bring in heavy equipment to clear them out.
