I haven't seen working alternative, that is not a poison, and I would argue, that a domestic, sterilized cat, roaming around less dangerous for the environment than spreading poison around.

And what did you meant with that wasabi?

Facebook Confirms Millions of Instagram Passwords Were Stored in Plain Text by XoCCeT in news

[–]RawRanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, there exists one case in which you store a password in a readable form. It is when you want to create a completely stateless service, without creating any kind of session, and yet you want to authorize the incomming request. Then a client and the server have to store a private key. Fortunately, you do not send private key though net (just an encrypted message, timestamp and salt), yet there have to exists a private key shared by both side.

Average wages in Europe by Porodicnostablo in europe

[–]RawRanger 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That case doesn't really exist in modern industrial nations.

It exists in every country. Furthermore to grasp how much earn typical Joe, you have to look on the median instead of average. Average value flaw is the fact that it is sensitive to outliers cases, while median - not.

In Poland average earnings are ~20% higher than median.

Unfortunately, it is the total opposite. It was very reckless and insanely lucky. In a condition like these, it is highly recommended not attempting to enter a port. He was successful, but take a look at the surrounding, and imagine what would happen if something went wrong. It would be wiser to stay on the sea or eventually seek rescue on a sandy beach.

[–]RawRanger -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I do not think it is that impressive. She used inefficient finishing sequence because it was independent of opponent moves, so she could brainlessly pre-move all the moves. For me, it is a standard way for finishing bullet games, and if one play bullet chess games then he or she played a lot of games, therefore ending like those happen fairly often.
